Lead the clean up crew for Verizon; close out photos and punch list items. Perform T-Mobile civil and power ups until ready for integration (mainly the 1900 and some 2100 tower top).

SITE MASTER, Tulsa, OK5/2014 – 8/2014

Foreman

Installed opto for flash lightning systems and moved all lighting equipment from inside the shelter to outside onto the ice bridge. Shot pre photos and ensured details exceeded AT&T standards. Called the bridge and logged in and out of sites, along with making sure the sites were alarm free when leaving and documents were closed out.

t       Led a new build at AT&T site; decommissioned and installed new/upgraded booms.

t       Installed new DC power lines and squid; took site photos and closed out documents.

C.A.T.S, Round Rock, TX9/2013 – 5/2014

CM / Foreman:  Sprint Subcontractor for Goff Communications

Performed and led various scopes of work and made sure correct permits were acquired. Took close out photos and filled out Goff’s closeout package for submission.  

t       Completed entire process with sense of urgency, in about 3 to 5 days for a site.

t       Identified areas of possible uncertainty and sought out complete information to ensure correct process from start to finish.

BLUE TELECOM INC., Round Rock, TX5/2013 – 8/2013

CM/ Foreman:  Tiger team for Sprint Samsung

Provided 24/7 availability. Responsibilities included: measuring sectors and switching out anything that caused alarm with a new product. Changed out antennas, ret cable/motors, power and jumper connectors. Took pre-completion photos and posted pictures for the FE at Samsung.

Top Hand/Foreman

Performed closeout packages and construction for T-Mobile and Sprint Ericsson. Completed cutovers/upgrades and beef ups, in addition to Sprint microwave, construction, civil and tower top and ground. 

t       For T-Mobile, worked with UMTS antennas, GSM/LTE. Installed the COVP and FXFB’s. 

t       For Sprint, installed 4 RRU’s per sector and one antenna change out per sector.

Performed tower maintenance and service, quality inspection and control, and provided site pictures. Used bobcat and forklifts, and performed light concrete work. Unloaded and loaded trucks and trailers. Installed and pulled coax lines, cables, antenna change outs and cut overs, microwave hops, complete lighting systems change outs, and painted towers.
